شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق مَوجة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.
١. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك المتوافقة مع نظام iOS للأغراض الشخصية، وفقاً لاتفاقية الترخيص القياسية من Apple (EULA) المتاحة على الرابط: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
٢. الاشتراك في مَوجة بريميوم
يتطلب الوصول إلى المزايا الكاملة اشتراكاً متجدداً تلقائياً:
- شهري: ١٩ ر.س لكل شهر.
- سنوي: ٩٩ ر.س لكل سنة، مع ٧ أيام تجربة مجانية للمشتركين الجدد.
تُخصم الدفعة من حساب Apple ID عند تأكيد الشراء. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً بنفس السعر ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية. تُخصم رسوم التجديد خلال الـ ٢٤ ساعة الأخيرة من الفترة. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك وإيقاف التجديد في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple بعد الشراء. إذا اخترت عدم استخدام التجربة المجانية بالكامل، يسقط الجزء غير المستخدم منها عند شراء الاشتراك.
٣. الاستخدام المقبول
أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تستورده إلى التطبيق، وتقرّ بأنك تملك الحقوق اللازمة له. يُمنع استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
٤. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي فقدان للملفات؛ يُنصح بالاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية من ملفاتك المهمة.
٥. التعديلات
قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

By using Mawja you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your compatible iOS devices for personal purposes, under Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
2. Mawja Premium subscription
Full features require an auto-renewable subscription:
- Monthly: SAR 19 per month.
- Yearly: SAR 99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID on purchase confirmation. The subscription auto-renews at the same price unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the last 24 hours of the period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for content you import and confirm you hold the necessary rights to it. The app may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any file loss; please keep backups of important files.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects changes.
